BEFORE - When we came over to the client's home, and inspected the a/c gas electric unit. It was an old unit and had had very little maintenance. We recognized the potential fire hazard due to the lack of upkeep.
In fact, we discovered that the unit had been leaking gas. We told the client what we saw, and we agreed to turn off the gas immediately.

AFTER - In the end, we installed the new unit.
We gave the client some simple tips for keeping up the unit and reducing the risk of a fire.
